В компанию "BaByliss Vostok LLC" требуется ассистент отдела маркетинга, в прямом подчинении генеральному директору. Строго со свободным знанием английского языка.

Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support to BaByliss Vostok LLC
Handling calls and business correspondence
Direct support to General Director; coordination of agenda, travel, expenses
Managing time plan & sheet for office personnel (working time, travel, etc.)
Office management including ordering supplies, equipment within the planned budgets, space/office plans, identifying and implementing any necessary process improvements
Solving administrative issues (Mobile and TEL providers, PR agency, etc)
Travel/visa support via agencies
Organization of meetings, conference-calls and business events
Plays a leading role in communications, including organization announcements
Reports and presentations preparation
Proving required documents preparation
Drafting and translating documents
Administration of business documentation (contarcts, price lists, agreements, etc) and work with a large volume of information
Taking part in cross-functional communication with HQ / IT
Coordination of office activity, general secretarial duties, including typing & mailing
Working with office equipment
Other business acitivities (The responsibilities associated with this position are not limited to the above description and may be modified at any time by the Company)
Show room, samples/demo responsible (monthly inventory)


Specific knowledge, skills & qualifications (Language, specific know-how, etc):

Education: higher (preferably linguistic);
Experience in the position of Personal Assistant or similar 2+ years
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
Excellent communication and networking skills
Quick-thinking with good memory for details
Deadline oriented
Active, positive person
Strong skills in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook), excellent knowledge of office equipment.
Ability to work with a large volume of information: search, analyze and organize information
Ability to prioritize workflow and handle multiple activities
Able to operate efficiently in changing environment.
